Okay, so I have a theory. What if, all along, Mr. A has always been a hybrid? And in the rare cases that it happens, Mr. A was able to give birth to a son, who is Little A. What if Little A is indeed a special case where he has no characteristics of being a hybrid at all? In order to protect Little A from being experimented on because of such a phenomenon, Mr. A sent him off to live with his sister. He seems to be undergoing something like PTSD, which makes his memory unreliable, and thus he believes that his aunt and uncle are his parents, and that his father, Mr. A, is his uncle. Maybe that’s the reason why Mr. A is so shocked to hear that Little A is back in the farm—because he sent him off to protect him, but I don’t know...
Here's another worse theory, what if Mr. A is being farmed as a mother (he gives birth to human babies and his children gets adopted) kinda fcked up- but WHAT IF
