Am I dumb or wth is this

So I remember reading this one story. It’s a bl. And I’m pretty sure the ml and mc are actors. they both famous at least. The mc thinks that the ml hates him and sorta dislikes him for that reason(i think). In the beginning the mc gets into an accident and goes into a coma but his consciousness in now in a cat but his body is still alive just in the coma. And then the ml takes care of them in his house. And yada yada eventually mc thinks ml wants to do weird things with his body which is why he took him and the cat and ml thinks the cat might be the mc. I think.
