I think it's around volume 2 but scenes are so different from the manhwa, it skips alot of scenes

Depending on the translation chapter 18 = vol. 2 chapter 5, in another translation it's chapter ~40 and another one I can't remember right.
If you read the blsnacks translation be aware that the hospital part which should come next is misssing. Actually that's the reason why I remember the chapter.lol
