Technically yeah he did cheat, once with the red haired dude in then beginning. Then twice in the extras (though they were attempts and he didn’t get to go all the way).
The reasoning is likely because MC first started seeing ML casually, and it was more one-sided on the ML’s part. He accepted to try it out. It was ML trying to win him over. At the time he did it with red haired dude, he still had feelings for red haired dude, but chose ML in the end. He chose reason over feelings. He chose the guy who’d be more likely to make him happy, who showed his sincere affection, he knew longer, and someone he didn’t want to part with.
In the extras, the reason MC tried to cheat was probably due to his pride of being turned into a bottom. He was upset that he became the bottom and still wanted to top. Another reason was likely cause when they started dating, he wasn’t really in love with the ML. His feelings weren’t as strong, and he slowly came to realize he liked ML later. He stopped after realizing he came to love the ML.
Someone said: “STILL cant get over the fact that while in a relationship, the MC was willingly taking guys to hotels behind shiwon’s back and trying to sleep with them (even tried to with his coworker). To me the MC is basically scum.”
Did MC cheat on purpose? And why did he even go to the hotel in ch 27? I haven’t read this yet but just skimmed and I am not liking it.
