There isn't a recent chapter comment section, there is just a comment section
The most obvious way to get to it, is by reading all the chapters but it is also visible from the homepage of the comic at the bottom under Topics
Everyone can see these comments and it's not linked to a specific chapter, it's just ordered newest to oldest
So most people put Spoilers as a warning for others in their comments
