I think you got it wrong. They were together for 10 years, but they didn’t see each other for almost 2 of those years because of the whole minister situation.
I mean if it was 2 years its still a long time he felt lonely and did not have the means of freedom I was not surprised when he asked for a divorce lol still glad they gad a happy ending lol they were both so funny
