I read a lot of stories with this kind of plot and if there's something I noticed about this one it's probably that the MC doesn't really hate his original parents especially his father. Even how he treated his grandfather that one time he met him.
his feelings towards his og mother 'nd father i feel are refreshingly very nuanced and real in that sort of situation. im not a chaebol's child (lol), but i found it both incredibly relatable, and a bit cathartic as someone with a similarly rough relationship and conflictions with my own parents
I think it’s also because he doesn’t really see them as parents. More like mentors as he raised himself. He might get a issue in this life now that he finally knows what a parent SHOULD be like lol
