Uh, I think it means in five years she can't die... Like she have an immortality trial card of five years since the dragon heart heals her, so she'll live again and again... Imagine a power bank, her heart is a power bank that can supply her for five years but it can't be recharged again because it will be too much for her body.

Wait im confused, so the thing with being alive again and again doesnt work for karina right? That part confused me cause i thought it would work on her but they kept saying she only have 5 yrs so can someone please explain that part to me ╥﹏╥
