((Wishing)) but in regards to the Heroine, I'll give it a 50-50 depending on when she was transmigrated because if she transmigrated into the heroine's younger body before the storyline has started then her brain would've developed as well enough for her to actions to not be oversighted anymore compared to a grade-schooler transmigrated into a teen's / young adult's body then her actions be will be understandable.

Her dad didn't raise her. She was living with her commoner mother who died of an illness, which was when her dad took her in...which was when she discovered that she was the game's Heroine.
We don't get a lot of details about Heroine-chan's past; we only get like 4-5 paragraphs of information, because the FL is too horrified listening to Heroine-chan talk about it. Because, again, Heroine-chan was a primary school student playing an R19 game (which her older sister bought HER as a gift, not little sister sneaking big sister's game, yowch), and all the parenting her father did was tell Heroine-chan to find a rich, powerful husband, and supply her with aphrodisiacs. No sex ed, just "give them this; it will make them happy." (⊙…⊙ )
Maybe the manga will give more details, but who knows. I doubt it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
You will find out Balto's identity right after the condemnation scene. It's really not a surprise. But the Emperor only had the one brother (the crown prince's father), who's dead now, and he doesn't have a wife or kids, so the line of succession is very straightforward.

Heroine-chan is not a White Lotus, she's not that deep. She did use charm magic and aphrodisiacs to brainwash all the capture targets, and a lot of other guys, though. But it wasn't malicious, she just REALLY did not know what she was doing. She just wanted people to like her, and they liked doing THAT with her. (⊙…⊙ )
In the end, Heroine-chan loses her noble status and is removed from her father's custody. The FL arranges for a commoner family to look after her, far away from the capitol. Heroine-chan is very happy there, helping her new family run their bakery. The FORMER crown prince sees her at a distance in the epilogue and barely recognizes her. He still remembers her fondly as his first love, and intends to work hard to establish himself in the border guard, which could take YEARS, and then come back to her. Which...at least he still cares, even knowing that it took him MONTHS to detox from the repeated aphrodisiac and charm magic use that she unwittingly put him through.

I had to check the novel to see if it was any good, as per usual. The main story is only 12 chapters long, so there are no major plot twists.
Balto's identity isn't obvious, but it's also not surprising. The only shocking thing is that he's supposedly the hidden capture target in the otome game, with the highest level of difficulty, and he's the sexy yandere type. If the novel's rating was higher, it would be three times as long and chock full of bedroom scenes. ╥﹏╥
Poor Heroine-chan is pitiful. She does a lot of dumb things, but please forgive her, she's literally a child. She isekai'd into an R19 game when she was still in primary school, and she's still a child mentally. And her "father" just gave her a supply of aphrodisiacs and sent her to honeytrap the prince. #－.－)
