When tia got pregnant before marriage she still live in the lombardy mansion and that time perez was already the emperor and has a lot of responsibilities but he chose to live with tia so he could be present during her pregnancy (AS HE SHOULD). Every day early in the morning before he leave for work (cuz he needs to work at the palace) he always make sure to massage Tia's feet.
