The Dad is not mad he is actually doing Jin a favor by following the code if he act so favorable to Jin it would stir the other siblings to go after Jin themselves and if that happens he wouldn't have control over them
So hes doing this so his siblings wont go after him? Why would the siblings now go after him because he broke the cadet grace period? But wouldn’t that be the same order the dad is making? He made the manhunt for any current and former runcandel’s/knights to look for jin. Shouldn’t jin be on the run from everyone?

Bc of this bounty Jin did technically! Follow the rules as cadet bc hes raising his prestige and reputation for the runcandel family BUT he did it as revealing himself so big daddy (▰˘◡˘▰) is putting a manhunt on jin to punish(?)/protect him because hes partnof the family but he technically revealed his identity (?)
