Usually, yes. It depends on how many were broken and in which way tho, but healing is minimum 2 months. It's a tricky area with /a lot/ of mobility and it hurts like hell. Even if the omega was comatose and resting for a month, sitting up after awakening should have hurt enough for him to grimace.
But...... I am analyzing a fantasy work where men can get pregnant. Maybe broken bones do not hurt at all in this universe lmao.
