Tbh I think the message was sloppy and too negative. Basically my interpretation of the story is the author is saying that under the right circumstances, anyone would be a criminal and evil will prevail because the world/government is structured that way. Justice and good doesn't exist and that is born from naivety, etc. blah blah. The story is a short breakdown of a good person into corruption. Interesting idea, really bad execution and it's just sad man

I genuinely don't understand the point of this story— i mean, I've read it THRICE but it just happens suddenly in a span of 15 chapters...
