Can someone please give me spoilers of when they'll start having feelings for each other?
Well for our mc he realizes his feelings till they are rescued but they both yearn for each other (although the ml shows his feelings way more explicitly)
I’d argue they’ve had feelings for each other this entire time, ml has liked mc for a while now (and has been aware of his feelings) but mc won’t realize his feelings until mucchhh much later, the slow burn burns SLOW
But once they admit their feelings are mutual the butterflies are so real (≧∀≦)
Seonwoo likes Gajun long before this entire trip, while Gajun grows to be overprotective of Seonwoon during the trip, especially after seeing Seonwoo repeatedly sacrificed himself for him. That said, I don't think Gajun has romantic feelings for Seonwoo at this point. It was only after Seonwoo confessed that Gajun finally considered it. One thing for sure is Gajun definitely has a soft spot for Seonwoo and is willing to do anything to keep Seonwoo safe, so even if the feelings aren't romantic at this point of the story, Seonwoo is already a special person for Gajun. Gajun is so aloof to the point he has never cared for anyone in his entire life. Seonwoo is the first person that he deeply cares for.
Yeah true,, I’m still under the impression that Gajun developed feelings unknowingly during the trip and throughout the regressions. He def didn’t start liking seonwoo before the school trip though (A LOT OF SPOILERS AHEAD!!!)
It seems like once they’re out and gajun rejects seonwoo and seonwoo starts pulling away, gajun only notices his own feelings once he realizes that seonwoo intends to fully remove himself from his life.
The way he feels towards seonwoo doesn’t seem to change overtime after the school trips, he just never considered that what he felt was romantic, he just thought it was overprotectiveness/trauma from the school trips and regression.
But wait I’m just now remembering that one night seonwoo was crying in his bedroom and gajun tried to comfort him (during the two weeks they’re living together), but I feel like that was more eye-opening towards his feelings for seonwoo rather than the moment he fell for him

Gajun is definitely dense when it comes to his feelings, but I feel the reason why I don't think the feelings is romantic is because you can deeply love someone without romantic feelings. At least I believe Gajun would have never considered being in relationship with Seonwoo had Seonwoo never confessed. I find this dynamic interesting because in a way, Gajun's love towards Seonwoo is very pure with no ulterior motive. He truly wants Seonwoo to be safe irrespective of himself. That said, Gajun did say a few times that he finds Seonwoo very attractive, so the element of attraction is there.
lol I went back to the novel today and you might be right ww reading the ending chapters now gajun is pretty downbad for seonwoo in a bit of a different light than before they escaped the school trip
I kind of like how both their entire worlds seem to revolve around each other, it’s cute ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Yep, I loved the heavy plot main story, but I also loved the romance focused side story. They are both very well done. Definitely one of my favorite BL in this site.
Sometime I forget this is shounen-ai, like the slow burn is literally slow-burning
