I understand it but I can't explain it well... It's like the Top thought the Bottom wanted them to be together because of love, but the Bottom is treating him like a case of charity and was about to propose just to feel good about himself.
But it's also a question of the Bottom wanting the Top to be "free" and not realizing the Top is choosing to be with him. It's like "you'll be better without me but you'll actually be best with me?"
Jungoh is sad that ibeom wants him to work a "normal job" instead of with the shaman stuff. Ibeom wants whats best for him but obviously they both want to stick together, jungoh just wants him to hear that from him. They rlly just need to talk :/
