I think it's been implied that as long as the person was the chosen, they'll get preggy regardless of gender. As for the second question, maybe Ennid was born from the North then ended up in that orphanage after his family's incident? that'd be too cliché but we've been edged for too long about everything

Yes, this is actually kind of explained to us. I believe it back and it’s the poison. It starts working in their body. In my opinion the dragon feels more like a parasite and I don’t like it. I love the idea of him having like an actual dragon shit like that like that sounds super freaking cool like all the powers and shit like I’m the type of person. I don’t want him to be a normal human. That’s a little too boring for me, but I don’t like the idea of it being more like a parasite that pisses me off. I hope that they find a way with magic that it could be done so it is the will of the person and they are a dragon in themselves that would be very very cool but this will make that the story very very long.
