I agree with you no matter what I still don't like the king and Nathaniel. He can't even do anything because he is just a consort. I just wish for him to leave the palace and forget about the Allen, then leave Allen to question his choices. I want the king to suffer, I don't care about his backstory at all
I love Chris. He has a great talent, is kind to his servants, and caring. That's why I am surprised so many people are simping on "neglected" Nathaniel and critiquing Chris. I'm sure no one in that palace cared about the tragic death of the original Chris and his son, because Nathaniel, as an official husband, had his own child as an heir. That's the reason why I don't like Nathaniel and Allen. Like Chris said before about the original Chris, he was clingy and annoyed Allen, but his son was innocent. If Chris hadn't moved their hearts with his new personality, those two would still be a heartless couple who ignored the child murders in their family.
