Cute story etc etc but that soufflé pancake recipe made me mad asf, tried making it and I don't know if the proportions are off bc of mistranslation or something but that's the first time I've made followed a recipe and failed. It's impossible to add the egg yolk mixture to the meringue because the egg yolk mixture is like a paste, it can't get to a homogenous mixture by "gently folding" without the meringue deflating
