They actually can if they're someone who's more of a general like in other nobles where the duke of the north is usually in charge of keeping enemies at bay to make sure they dont reach the capital. Those types of nobles do exist and they have a lot of scars which is actually why I believe they are the same person Theres been a few subtle hints here and there too, atleast in my opinion they are. I'd like to be surprised if they aren't though. ^.^
ooo thank u for the insight!! i didn’t know that. i thought scars = servant or knight since they’re usually doing the dirty work. i’m not that well versed in noble ranks so the function of the duke of the north completely bypassed my mind. thank u ^o^
and they’re are some odd scenes that made me question if ain is just ian with a scrambled name. one that really got me was when he tasted the sweets and said ian wouldn’t like it bc it’s too sweet. but i would’ve thought he’d crack and slipped up during sex but he didn’t ˙◠˙
why do i think ain and ian are the same person but deep in my heart ik they’re not bc a royal/noble can’t have scars. ain also seems shady so imma guess he purposely trying to make michelle fall in love with him or michelle is going to fall in love w him and not the actual noble he’s supposed to marry
