    I feel like many Koreans don’t really understand the idea of being dark-skinned. They don’t see it often because most of them are really fair. A lot of them don’t even get tan, they just get sunburned. Korea is a cold place so it makes sense, but I think that’s also why some (and I mean many) Koreans can be racist. ┑( ̄∇ ̄")┍

    They know what tan is based on how they treat us South East Asians. Please do not justify their racism. Koreans can also get very tanned, mostly those from rural towns who fish and farm.

    "A little tanned" compared to his original skin color. You can't turn brown with A LITTLE tan.
    For example I can notice myself getting a little tanned in summer, but still get comments like "how are you still this white". -Not korean, just saying

    Koreans can tan lol and typically they are a bit tan, thats a misconception. Why do you think they avoid the sun so much?

    That's totally different because you can see the DIFFERENCE in the way YOU tanned, but not the MC tho, he's still pale as hell, no difference
