I think it was clear it was a dream for the first ten chapters as it was an Alternative Timeline jf Seonu never became a surrogate for Beom and Seonu’s grandma died after Seonu quit after an IVF failure.
It was back to the real world when Seonu woke up heavily pregnant and his grandma is still alive.
Is it just me that got confused by the alternative story? (Or dream I guess) as much as I liked it I feel like it needed to be clearer it was a dream
