From what I've observed from Yoongun's character and it's just my depiction. He's a pretty complicated guy. He's stubborn but also righteous. He's rude but also kind at times? Like the fact that you'd rather e fwbs but date someone cuz you actually wanna fall in love properly w the end goal of marrying them? That's a really different set of morals he has there. Not to mention, he didn't really realize his feelings for Kyuho until he actually lost him(typical trope of late realization. Nothing too bad) anyway when he did realize tho he gave it his best. I mean he's already confessed several times at this point but Kyuho didn't take him seriously and I think Yoon doesn't wanna stop pursuading until Kyuho takes his confession seriously. And last part where he asked to be fwbs again, if you've read properly, he mentioned that cuz he thought Kyuho was trynna get on w somebody else. And he was so desperate that he would be fine even if they were fwbs again. And also mentioning "but I don't just want you for your body either". It was his desperate state of ventings which made him come across as an asshole Although I won't say he's not gotten a tinge of red on him. I quite like his character
