I really liked the art and the story, but I just couldn’t get myself to like Koutaro. He doesn’t feel real at all, and it kinda seems like he used Gen as a replacement because he couldn’t be with Kanade. Even though the author says he eventually figured out his feelings, it still feels super rushed. If the story were longer and things developed slower, maybe it would’ve made more sense, but the way it is now, it just leaves a bitter taste. Honestly, pretty much everyone who reads it can tell there’s nothing truly genuine about Koutaro
