People that take care of themselves, aren't fat, don't go tanning too much and don't have kids (aka stress) look good till their late 30's + east asians have extra stats in this field. They look young even in their 40's even if they aren't.
People in their early 20s and 30s sometimes look the same. Some people age slower, some age faster, but that's an age range where many people can easily merge within a group and everyone would think they're university classmates or something.
Ye, but people still looking like they are in their early 20's but are actually in their late 30's are rare and usually have work done. No shame in looking bit older/younger. As long as you're happy it is all good.
