Binging this was fantastic. I love the complexity and gradual awareness of feelings both leads had to come to terms with while staying true to themselves. They made me laugh a few times and their fight scenes were always so captivating—though the very last one was more heartbreaking than anything else.
Love stories like this are rarely done correctly because people either fall too quickly or don’t take the time to process what they’re feeling in such an organic and natural way. Seeing both their POV and understanding where they were both coming from as they made the decisions they made along the way was brilliant. Loved MC and ML even more because of it. Can’t say I understand the complaints outside of the fact that there’s always a disconnect for readers to fully appreciate this type of story when they’re reading it weekly with the occasional breaks in between. As far as I’m concerned, this is really well done.
