Not really, he read the situation wrong and took a drunk man home, stripped down and was ready to pounce on him, had he done so that would’ve been rape.
Not at all...Joohyuk was completely and utterly high as f*ck, how could he possibly have been in his right mind to give any kind of genuine consent ? The man was 100% taking advantage of the situation !
