Andrew never told Luke to stop to stop hanging out with his friend. He told him to be careful since he saw what Bruno was doing. And Luke also noticed what Bruno was doing but he tried to see the good. It's not eithers fault they have different perspectives. Personally I find Andrew s point more realistic. Cause if u are like Luke in real life, people are gonna take advantage of u and harm u more.
i'm not saying andrew was in the wrong either, i was just trying to give luke's perspective. although he did not outright say to stop hanging around them, he was very much hinting bruno was a bad guy, and he's not wrong about that, but to luke it's not believable okay.... because he knows bruno, he can't just trust andrews word right away, because andrew never properly communicated it too, and i would not say luke was in the wrong for trusting his friends, seeing the good in ppl is not bad thing. it's a matter of different ideals and experiences. they are both the way they are bcz of different experiences, so they both reacted differently.
It would have been different if Bruno action wasn't visible. But Bruno troubling Luke was quite visible and when ur partner is also telling u that and not trusting him is not good in a relationship. U got to at least have some trust in ur partner. Andrew not really telling that many reason of Bruno being bad was probably because he knows Luke likes his friends a lot but didn't know how to communicate Luke without hurting him. Trusting friend is not bad. But blindly trusting every friend isn't good either.luke is too innocent.but i guess this situation will help them to build up more trust in their relationship.
why is ppl hating on luke? if your partner told you to stop hanging out with your friends that you've known for longer would you just go ahead and do it?? no questions asked???
luke has been friends with this ppl longer that he knew andrew, he's trying to find a logical reason why he should just abandon them. even if andrew has that reason, it would sound absurd and unbelievable to luke because he has a bound with this ppl, he likes them, those are his friends yall.....
and Andrew was never really honest about the reason why he dislikes bruno anyway, he was just saying that bro was a bad guy without giving concrete evidence. so is luke supposed to just trust his words? when he knows bruno better than andrew knows him? to luke it probably sounds like andrew just have major trust issues because of his past.
