Idk why this is at an 8.8 should be in the 7’s or lower. The toxicity from season 1 left an ever lasting foul taste in my mouth. For the life of me, I cannot see these two as good people and here’s why.
MC sent out thugs to scare ML’s pregnant omega because he was jealous of them being together. They went off script, raped and killed the guy. Surprising? No, but somehow MC didn’t expect them to do that. Which just shows how much of a dumbass he really is and that was a half baked plan that should have never been thought of.
ML, as a response to what MC did to the omega, for years he raped, tortured, confined and eventually sent MC to his death. He also changed MC’s 2nd gender from Alpha to Omega. So he had him pumping out multiple kids then taking them away as part of his revenge. Only to later die a miserable lonely death cause his kids hated him and he didn’t realize he was bonded to MC.
So you’ve got an obsessive dumbass MC who refuses to take accountability, cause let’s face it, saying “I didn’t mean or want to kill him” doesn’t change the fact that he should have never sent thugs to deal with a LONE PREGNANT OMEGA. Same dude is still fearful of ML hating/harming/leaving him instead of the omega he originally hurt.
Then you’ve got an ML who was low key inlove with MC in season 1, chose to ignore those feelings and went for an omega instead, went crazy against MC after what happened to that omega, and is now showing those same violent tendencies in his subconscious during this new timeline.
Just because you glue something together, doesn’t make it any less cracked or broken. These characters have a lot of issues that they have not solved appropriately. Be it new time line or not, they are still toxic, selfish, cowards.
