So... I just read the older version or original version of this and it shows that ukes health gets progressively wore, the girl with black hair who used to date seme finds out first and later on when she calls uke , seme pics up the phone and finds out as well. Seme gets angry and leaves, black hair girl finds bloody uke and he ends up in the hospital in critical condition, mom and sister find out. Later uke runs away and goes to the sea side, seme finds him and they spend time there, uke tells seme to not forget about him but let him go while also confessing his love. . . . .
After this they return, but during the night while seme is sleeping, uke slips out and commits(cause we see seme finding ukes slippers near the rocks.) seme thinks about uke and you know how they show that the other person is in front of you when you think about them, seme reaches out and I guess he follows uke to the afterlife. ╥﹏╥ Well since it wasn't translated I can't get specific but that's it I guess.
