I don't think they know
I think one of the chapter stated that "knowledge is power" that's why engineering empire and cavalry isn't messing with MC cause they knew he's rank 1. That pretty much implies that not a lot of people know.
Don’t they all know he’s the 1st ranked empire?? Why are they always calling him weak when he’s literally top of the rankings
