I got up to chapter 18. I'm not understanding why this story is so well liked? Someone please tell me if it gets better or something later on because based on my understanding so far I feel no emotional stake in MC's revenge.
Honestly, it seems like Aria contributed 90% to her own death in her first life. Yes, perhaps if there was a prank played, she was baited into reacting a certain way, but at the end of the day, her actions are her own and no one elses.
The only thing Mielle did that warrants such revenge is poisoning Aria's mother. But even that doesn't seem to be Aria's main reason for revenge on Mielle. Furthermore, In chapter 2, Aria mentions she cut her maids tongue off in her first life, which eliminated the sympathy I had for Aria being upset Mielle poisoned her mother. Like girl if you can't take violence then don't dish it out yourself?
Also, why would Aria accept the bouquet of flowers from the guy just to stomp on them? It just comes off as bratty. The MC is so unlikeable.
