I loved their early dynamics so damn much, I‘m just sad and trusfrated to see them like this (╯°Д °)╯
The set up for the break up was painfully obvious and honestly a bit disappointing; like, it is not even that big of a deal and totally not in line with Dohus character to not just tell him that he approached him as a reference? He’s always straight forward with everything, so Dohu not simply explaining it calmly and him not believing Dohu when he literally tells him, that likes him (like, thats DOHU my man, he don’t do lying about these things) doesn’t make all that much sense to me, but I’m willing to let it slide for the push of the plot.. BUUUT what frustrates me more is how now with „4 years later“ we have a total reverse of their characters and development straight back to the beginning, like they didn’t learn anything at all, just with Dohu being kinda more obsessive? I binge read this in one go, so the stark change in vibe and full throttle reverse in character arche is shockingly obvious and doesn’t sit all that well with me; like …Dunno man, I‘m still reading on, but at the moment the chapters drag on for ages and feel repetitive (and I‘m a person who really doesn’t mind angst, so it’s not that, it‘s the plot per se rn). I really hope it picks itself up soon and they return to their great dialogues and dynamics.

I just binge read this too and honestly, I think Dohu did kind of fuck up saying it to his face that he didn't even think of coming clean that he approached Juheon with those motives in mind. He broke his trust when he was the first person Juheon fully trusted. I think them reverting back to the beginning is a great way to rebuild the thing they both had and actually address their issues
