Exactly, why is it not at least under the collar???
I thought it looked weird to but a closer examination the tie is "built in" into the collar.

I LOVE the fashion but like... in the last few panels of chapter 78 in the restaurant...
I'm probably too poor and unsophisticated to understand that kind of fashion but I think that's not how you usually wear a tie
