For now, it seems the most likely to get together is Tate and Mitsu, if this isn't a poly.

This is a mess, but an interesting mess... I can't quite figure out who to cheer for though. Tate likes hachimori, but he doesn't seem entirely uninterested or indifferent to mitsu. Maybe becuz they've been friends for a long time, but well, I don't think it's truly hopeless. He cooks for mitsu, takes care of him, he even hesitated to go Hachimori for a moment after finding out that mitsu likes him.
