That’s how I know you don’t understand what’s going on it the story. In the same damn chapter jihan literally states he knows he didn’t love jinyeong but he has cared for him throughout all the years they’ve been friends in this situation ship. GOD FORBID a man mourns over the lost of losing that.

And realizing that he also misses him since that was years that could now suddenly go down the drain. Yet you didn’t bring that up?
