This is the first time, I've seen a character be truly affected from rape instead of the author going "hey so this happened but they're ok now tho the big strong ml saved them!", mc is still struggling to get over his experience and his past lover. I''ll marinate this and hope the author does a goodjob on how he gets better from his experience..
