I'm glad that the eye bags and dark circles didn't magically disappeared. He looked kinda hot like that. I really liked the main couple shenanigans. The second... Not so much.
But please, don't ship people in real life. Unless their an established famous couple that are open to fangirling and stuff like that, ok. But it's really of bad taste to do that with real people even if they're not aware or it seems harmless because it's only imagination. Some people actually act violently or 'cancel' those people when they realize that it was not real and just a fantasy when their fangirling and shippings ends up being not true.
