Doctor is aan esper his current body however is that of a guide (more especially the guide who was his master who betrayed him in his opinion but idk we never got to see things from the guids perspective he could be a cheating hoe or he could just have found his match and real love interest rather than our creepy doctor but idk right now it's a bit subjunctive)
