Tbh hitsugi is legitimate just a kid. His to playful and u could tell he basically believes whenever he is doing rn is right and that he is Basically reclaiming chrono as his “friend”.
I bet hitsugi see chrono lover as a replacement for him. Seeing how chrono spend so much time with her to a point where he is forgotten. He jealous and clearly anger at chrono for spending time with her NOT him
And in the newest chp. My theory was confirm and chrono also seen had grew fond of hitsugi as well. I think chrono see hitsugi as a little brother and a good friend. Being how close they were.
Anyhow all i can say is. I hope chrono and hitsugi could become good friends again bc this shit is hurting my soul..
