We're finally getting answers!!! My prediction is:
that the 'servant' IS lord Shelleg but he's the result of an abduction marriage (his mom was raped and forced into marriage) and maybe that's why he's doing the premarital confinement thing he just mentioned, to see if he and Anatold are compatible. I know this isn't all of it, but this is what I think it is for now.

He is the 'illegitimate' brother of the real lord Shelleg
OR
he is the result of an abducted marriage of commoners and he is used to being used for sex relief but they are usually violent (hence the scars) but our pretty boi is kind and makes him fall in love and they will kill real lord since servant can pretend to be him and they live happily ever after
