Looking for a manga

It's been a while since read it and I wasn't able to read it till the end ( dunno if it's complete or not), so I don't remember a lot about it.
Well, the supposely uke meets the supposely seme when they were little, the uke meets the big broter of the seme as well, I think they are neighbour. So they are all childhood friend.
I think that their first meeting happen when the uke was being persecute 'cause he looks like a girl.
The big bro quit high school, but when uke and seme happen to be in High school his reputation as a scary person still remain. Seme is popular among the girls, uke try to be a "delinquent" ( blond hair etc) but he still looks like a girl. Uke is gradually aware of his feelings for the seme, but infortunally the seme seems to avoid him. Seme thinks the uke is in love with big bro. And I think that the seme's father is in love with a guy.
