I think the uke decided to return to Japan after running away because he was a part of the Yamamoto group that was caught by the police. He returned to be some kind of informant and did undercover work in order to give info to the seme. The seme did not like it because that puts the uke in danger by both sides. Also, it seems they switched the role of master and dog cause well for the fun of it? Idk. They practically live together now. They also declared their love and have great sex as the uke once again reaffirms his love towards the seme
