Then they had the most romantic wedding reception where he surprised her with their friends' congrats messages and proposed to her once again in front of everyone. In the end, they lived their lives together exactly as Kouichi had planned. The last few pages flashed the events of their lives: Graduating from High School, bride became a patisserie, giving birth to 2 children, spending family time, watching their daughter got married, had grandchildren and the last panel, in their old age, hand in hand, they went back to Hokkaido where the flower field was.
P.S words could not describe how beautiful the last chapter is. I teared a little while reading it too.
