1) I don't think he died. He just suffered a shoulder throw to the ground and probably several more punches. If he died, Xiang Yang probably would've reacted differently, instead of saying he was able to shake off Lin Lin or rather Qi Guo Ha~
2) Hmm... Xiang Yang had periorbital edema from being punched in the face. As for the LLQ bleeding, it could be explained as:
a) Li Qing is "seeing" that Xiang Yang is bleeding and collapsing in the same way his mother was also bleeding in her RLQ during the accident. We saw Xiang Yang walked with Li Qing and did not see any blood trails or his injury while they were walking. It's a psychological story, so I suppose the bleeding from Xiang Yang's LLQ could be symbolic to what Li Qing associates with someone who's collapsed or hurt from his previous trauma with his mother's death. As for why he decided to wrap a part of his left sleeve for pressure on Xiang Yang's wound in chapter 35, it could be he's following what he sees in his mind and also symbolic that he actually took action this time to save someone he cared about as opposed to when he was helpless and couldn't do anything to save his mother.
b) Xiang Yang suffered a blow to his abdomen (so blunt trauma) so there's internal hemorrhaging, however, it doesn't make sense if he didn't vomit up blood or the trauma was so bad he eventually had skin breakage and his internal hemorrhaging passed through his skin. So the internal hemorrhaging became external, lol?
c) Qi Guo Ha stabbed him with a twig or hit his LLQ with a rock, lol.
3) As pointed out by ShogunHogan, they did meet again after a few years as Xiang Yang waited for Li Qing. A deal was made between Xiang Yang's mom and Li Qing. If bubblegum boy is Li Qing, then yeah, I think he probably wrote in the notebook when it was time to meet up again. Both of them, during their time apart, underwent self-development and finally met up to be together forever~<3
