The webtoon is better and some of the changes they made in the drama bugged me but it wasn't so bad.

Personally I REALLY liked the drama! The actors were perfect in my opinion! They did change some things but it worked just fine with the plot. And I actually like mirae in the drama better. It's rare for me to like a drama adaptation but this one became my favorite drama ever.

I agree with the other commenters that the plot additions were poorly conceived (though I get they wanted to extend to fit 16 eps). The lead actress playing Mirae is sooo perfect though.
