I'm German, I can tell you the German is so wrong it's hard to read. what he's trying to say there is "the young man Teahoon Kam isn't angry, but why is he...?" which still makes no sense either way.

I only speak English, and vaguely know some german, and I could tell that the German was hella off. It irritated me and fucked with the immersion tbh. I did better roughly translating it in my head.

the German is the same in the raws as it is on the translated version, so all that was translated was the korean under it. so, we get what the author was originally intending to say, we just know that the German is wrong lol
