Ahhh.... sadly both of them aren't the right thing. I've asked this question before and got the same results. Thank you though, very much appreciated. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
It was a yaoi, in a more "recent" style. The plot was a bit cliche' where the uke, lighter hair and had a "i'll do my best" attitude, was jealou of the seme, black hair and had a more cold attitude. Everyone else in their work place really likes the seme, etc. It also takes place in a kind of airport workplace, except, the uke is one of the plane control guys, and the seme (i'm pretty sure) was a pilot. Some way or another, the uke falls in love after seeing the seme's cute/good side. etc. etc. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
The plot and a bit of the art style reminds me of this manga...
