For those who have not read Color Recipe they don’t know how it ends. This person is telling you what happens between the two main characters in the end. This is a spoiler for another manga.
The extra dots are warnings people use to let others know and give them a choice if they would like to see the spoiler or not. The amount of dots were to get that blue plus sign so if someone wanted the spoiler so they could click it.

The feeling I get from this story by reading the comments is like color recipe wherevthe guy is manipulative, obssessive and do everything to trap the mc to him. The end of color recipe was open, they didn't end together but the guy didn't give up and it was really creppy.
If this end in a open ending like everyone is saying it will be interesting.
