Nagatsuki isn't pissed at Chiyo because Ookuma rejected her, she's pissed because Chiyo has been deceiving her right from the get go back during the festival (over a hundred chapters now) when Nagatsuki first met Ookuma. Chiyo could have warned Nagatsuki not to get involved with him then and there, and told her that he wasn't a nice person, but she chose to keep all that a secret and let Nagatsuki make a fool of herself. Nagatsuki had to learn about all of this from Ookuma himself (over a hundred chapters later), not from her best friend who could and should have protected her by being honest. But Chiyo has a problem with being honest, especially with her boyfriend.

I don’t think Chiyo did anything wrong. To her that guy is a long time friend. So what? They’re both night owls, happened to be up at the same time and GASP talked about basically nothing. Nagatsuki is jealous and angry that Ookuma isn’t interested. She can’t accept that fact so she’s taking it out on Chiyo. She needs to grow up.
Sounds like you haven't read the whole story or have forgotten what happened in the past. Ookuma is NOT Chiyo's friend, long time or otherwise. Nagatsuki may be jealous and angry that Ookuma isn't interested in her, but she's more angry that Chiyo deceived her and that she had to find out the truth from Ookuma instead of her supposedly best friend.
