So for anyone confused, the tearms Head and Tails used in the story are used as such:
Heads is the time/events that the 'creator' actually convays. It's basically a scripted event for the setting and characters involved.
Tails is the interesting part. I believe that tails happens in the same time that heads happens, but if a character is 'in tails' that means that they do not have any scripted events and are pretty much free to do whatever rhey want.
Its like, when reading a book, heads is the events that you the reader are readinf about. But naturally in any world, you would just assume that even though the book is only talking about certain characters, the world goes on around them, and tails would be what the author doesn't write about (i.e. non main characters waking up and getting dressed are things we just assume happen)
In this series, the self aware characters can take advantage of not being the main focus, and do whatever they want bwcause everything will be reset
